Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing variances between actual and budgeted results, providing insightful explanations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Preparing and submitting tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Providing financial analysis and support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a finance-related role, preferably 2-3 years.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
